Mastro's is a National chain, but it only exists in a few cities in the world.

It's a place where the sound of a piano does not compete with conversation so much as give it permission to be louder, warmer, more extravagant than it might otherwise be.

You can enjoy their signature seafood towers, USDA Prime Steaks, and the legendary Mastro’s Butter Cake.

Most restaurants spend a lifetime reaching for this quality and never arrive, but Mastro’s found it on the first try in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has been building on that original intuition ever since.

The story of how it got there, and what it became, is anything but simple.

Their menu led with USDA Prime steaks, wet-aged for 28 days, cooked in a 1,500-degree broiler, and served sizzling on 450-degree plates.

The wine list demanded a sommelier, not a glance.

Within a few years of opening their first location in 1999, the brand made a defining move, opening on Canon Drive in Beverly Hills.

By the mid-2000s, Mastro’s had expanded to 7 locations on the West Coast.

By the mid-2020s, Mastro’s had grown to more than 20 locations across 15 major markets.

It had become one of the very few luxury steakhouses in America that could truly claim national presence, without sacrificing identity.
